Abstract

The invention aims to provide a reaction column and a grey water treatment method for treating ship grey water by combining coagulation and activated carbon adsorption. The reaction column comprises apre-reaction area, a coagulation area, a filtering area, an adsorption area and a drainage area. Sewage enters the pre-reaction area through a water inlet pipe, then enters the coagulation area, enters the filtering area after coagulation and sedimentation, then enters the adsorption area to be adsorbed by activated carbon, and finally is filtered in the drainage area and discharged. The treatedwater body is transparent and has good physical sense, temperature and pH value have little influence on the treatment process, the application range is wide, and the method overcomes the defects of large occupied area caused by storage of a coagulant and requirement of static environment during coagulating sedimentation through combined use of the activated carbon and a shockproof base. The reaction column has a good and stable treatment effect on ship domestic sewage, and is simple in structure, durable in equipment, automatic in operation, good in effluent quality and very suitable for shipgrey water treatment.
