Abstract

Before the scheduling moment is formally started, scheduling information required by modeling is collected; acquired information, initializing by constructing a heuristic algorithm to obtain an initial solution; on this basis, a hybrid iterative greedy algorithm basedon knowledge orientation is proposed to solve the problem and obtain a local optimal scheduling scheme and a corresponding optimal delivery date, and meanwhile, a fast variable neighborhood rising search strategy based on an insertion and exchange structure is designed in the local search stage. When a processing task is arranged in an actual production environment, a globally optimal schedulingscheme is obtained through several times of iterative comparison. By integrating the optimal configuration strategy, a rapid and effective management scheme is provided for prefabricated part manufacturers by taking maximization of net profits as a target.
