The floor washing system comprises a floor washing rolling brush for cleaning by means of clean water sweeping and/or floor scrubbing, a rolling brush driving mechanism for driving the floor washing rolling brush, and a clean water tank for supplying floor washing clean water to the floor washing rolling brush through a first channel; a sewage recovery system comprises a sewage tank and a suction mechanism for sucking sewage from the groundwashing rolling brush into the sewage tank through a second channel; the second channel is close to the ground washing rolling brush and is used for conveniently receiving sewage thrown out by the rotating centrifugal force of the ground washing rolling brush, and the suction mechanism is used for recycling the sewage by forming negative pressure suction in the second channel. The invention further discloses a method for cleaning the ground by using the intelligent floor scrubber.
