Abstract

The invention discloses application of a double-chamber double-input blood perfusion model in early diagnosis of liver cancer of FDG-18 pet. The application comprises the following steps: calculatingperfusion parameters by adopting a fitting method, wherein the perfusion parameters comprise hepatic artery blood flow, portal vein blood flow, total blood flow, hepatic artery perfusion index, portalvein perfusion index, distribution volume, extracellular average transit time and intracellular uptake rate; generating hepatic artery blood flow, hepatic artery perfusion index, extracellular average transit time and intracellular uptake rate images by using software; comparing perfusion parameters of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and surrounding liver tissues with a maximum standard uptake value based on metabolic PET / CT (suvmax); and evaluating the values of PET / CT perfusion imaging and metabolic PET / CT diagnosis of liver cancer by two reviewers. When a double-input double-chamber uptake model is adopted for analysis, the PET / CT perfusion parameters and images have good performance in the aspect of diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma.
