A circulating pump and a heat exchanger are respectively arranged on the circulating pipeline, a ventilation ring pipe is arranged in the reaction kettle body, the ventilation ring pipe is connected with a first air inlet pipeline, a first control valve is arranged on the first air inletpipeline, and a ventilation hole is formed in the ventilation ring pipe. The invention also discloses a use method of the environment-friendly ethylene oxide addition reaction system.
