Embodiment 1

[0053] A method for evaluating suitable coverage of submerged plants in shallow lakes, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0054] (1) Select the area where the coverage of submerged plants in shad pond in summer is 0%, 25%±5%, 50%±5%, 75%±5%, 90%±5%.

[0055] (2) Investigate the phytoplankton, zooplankton and benthic animals under different submerged vegetation coverages in the shad lake.

[0056] (3) Qualitative sample collection of phytoplankton: use 25# plankton net to put it under the water surface and drag it slowly in the shape of "∞" for 2 minutes, collect filtered water samples and fix them with Lugol's solution;

[0057] Quantitative collection method: use a plexiglass water collector to collect 1L water sample and pour it into a polyethylene bottle with a scale, add Lugol's solution to fix and constant volume, after standing for 48 hours, use a siphon method to absorb the supernatant , and pour the precipitation area into a calibrated small sampling bottl...

Embodiment 2

[0087] A method for evaluating suitable coverage of submerged plants in shallow lakes, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0088] (1) Select the area where the coverage of submerged plants in the shad pond in autumn is 0%, 25%±5%, 50%±5%, 75%±5%, 90%±5%.

[0089] (2) Investigate the phytoplankton, zooplankton and benthic animals under different submerged vegetation coverages in the shad lake.

[0090] (3) Qualitative sample collection of phytoplankton: use 25# plankton net to put it under the water surface and drag it slowly in the shape of "∞" for 2 minutes, collect filtered water samples and fix them with Lugol's solution;

Abstract

The invention discloses a shallow lake submerged plant proper coverage evaluation method and application, and belongs to the field of lake ecological restoration. The invention provides a shallow lakeecological restoration technology for accurately evaluating the cover degree of submerged plants for maintaining healthy development of a water ecosystem in a shallow lake and avoiding lake swampiness caused by excessive submerged plants and conversion from the lake to an algae type lake caused by too few submerged plants. The optimal coverage degree of the submerged vegetation is comprehensivelyevaluated on the basis of physical and chemical indexes of the water body, phytoplankton, zooplankton and benthonic animals. Results show that too high or too low submerged vegetation coverage is notbeneficial to the health of the ecosystem, and when the submerged vegetation coverage is 50% + / -5%, the diversity of the biocenosis in the water area and the stability of the ecosystem are the highest so that the shallow lake submerged plant proper coverage evaluation method provides a theoretical basis for ecological management of the lake; and the method is suitable for popularization and application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of lake ecological restoration, and relates to an evaluation method for suitable coverage of submerged plants in ecological restoration of shallow lakes. Background technique [0002] In shallow lakes, there are two stable forms: the clear water homeostasis dominated by submerged plants and the turbid water homeostasis dominated by algae. Submerged plants, as a key group to maintain clear water homeostasis, play an important role in shaping the structure and function of lake ecosystems. Through its structural function, submerged plants can not only absorb a large amount of nutrient salt and reduce the nutrient level of the water body, but also create a variety of habitats for other aquatic organisms to increase biodiversity. Therefore, maintaining good submerged vegetation conditions is a necessary condition to ensure the health of shallow lake ecosystems. [0003] Affected by man-made disturbances such as...
