The water-jet cutter bit comprises the water supply pipe and at least one layer of nozzles arranged on the water supply pipe; each layer of nozzles comprises at least one nozzle; the nozzles are perpendicular to the water supply pipe; the volumetric high-pressure pump with wheels is arranged in the bottom space of the rack; a workpiece table and a tray are arranged at the upper portion of the rack; and a movable door is arranged at the front of the workpiece table. The water-jet cutter head rotating mechanism with the C-shapedshaft adopts a motor to drive a belt and the water supply pipe of the water-jet cutter bit to rotate. A water baffle is arranged below the workpiece table. The device provided by the invention realizes complete deburring by water jetting of nozzles which are horizontally arranged.
