Abstract

The invention provides a hepatopancreatic parvovirus and nucleocapsid protein affinity screening method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of interaction between nucleic acidand virus nucleocapsid protein. According to the invention, a nucleic acid fragment having affinity with the HPV nucleocapsid protein is successfully screened through systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX). The technical method lays a foundation for protein and nucleic acid immunoassay, provides a scientific basis for research on HPV molecular epidemiology, pathogenesisand the like, and therefore, has favorable practical application value.
