While rotating, a motor drives a bracket II to rotate through a connecting rod, and the bracket II can drive a bracket I to swing back and forth; a bracket III is rotatably matched by taking a rotary shaft III as a center of circle, so that a pushing rod finally moves back and forth for pushing material tubes into a jointing frame, moving the material tubes to the original positions from above and sequentially pushing the material tubes.
