An oil inlet and an oil outlet in one side of each proportional reversing valve with the valve element position feedback function are communicated with an oil tank through pipelines respectively, and two oil outlets in the other side of each proportional reversing valve with the valve element position feedback function are communicated with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of an oil cylinder through pipelines respectively. The pressure compensators are in series connection with pipelines connected between the oil tank and the proportional reversing valves. The balance valves are in series connection with pipelines connected between the proportional reversing valves and the rod cavity and the rodless cavity of the oil cylinder, and the pressure switches are arranged on pipelines between the balance valves and the rodless cavity of the oil cylinder.
