The energy control system comprises a condenser arranged in a passenger compartment of an electric vehicle; a first heat exchanger which can exchange heat with a liquid cooling system of a power battery; a second heat exchanger which is connected with a motor cooling loop through a liquid cooling pipeline; and an energy recovery component and a first liquid cooling heater, wherein, the energy recovery component, the first liquid cooling heater, the condenserand the first heat exchanger form a liquid cooling circulation loop, and heat on the second heat exchanger can be transmitted to the liquid cooling circulation loop through the energy recovery component; a heating controller of the first liquid cooling heater is connected with the motor controller in parallel, and a selector switch is arranged on a circuit connected in parallel. By collecting waste heat of the motor cooling loop and braking energy which cannot be recycled by a power battery, the effects of assisting a passenger compartment and the power battery in heating and improving the energy utilization efficiency of a whole vehicle are achieved.
