Abstract

The ballasting and load discharging system comprises a ballast tank, a first valve, a second valve, a water injection mechanism, an air pipe head and a pressurizing mechanism. The first valve is communicated with the lower part of the ballast tank; the second valve is communicated with thetop of the ballast tank through a pipeline; the water injection mechanism and the air pipe head are communicated with the second valve through pipelines; the pressurizing mechanism is communicated with the upper part of the ballast tank through a pipeline, and compressed air can be injected into the ballast tank through the pressurizing mechanism; the invention further discloses an operation method of the ballasting and load discharging system suitable for the floating type wind power platform, through opening and closing combination of the first valve, the second valve and the pressurizing mechanism, water can be fed into and discharged out of the ballast tank, and therefore low-frequency load adjustment of the floating type wind power platform is met. The ballasting and load dischargingscheme is simple in structure, simple in system configuration, low in investment cost, safe and feasible in operation, suitable for low-frequency load adjustment of the floating wind power platform and high in economic value.
