The equipment comprises a filter press, a heat pump and a steam compressor, wherein a plurality of plate frames which are overlapped in displacement and lean against each other are arranged on the filter press in a spanning manner, a sludge inlet and a sewage discharge hole areformed in a filter chamber of each plate frame, and the filter chamber is communicated with an external hot air pipeline.
