Abstract

The invention provides a probiotic combined with atomized rhizoma bletillae polysaccharide-chitosan composite hydrogel and a preparation method and a purpose thereof, and belongs to the field of biomedical materials. The composite hydrogel is obtained in a way that after probiotics, atomized rhizoma bletillae polysaccharide solution and chitosan solution are mixed, an obtained mixture is subjectedto cross-linking reaction, and the atomized rhizoma bletillae polysaccharide is obtained in a way that rhizoma bletillae polysaccharide is oxidized by an oxidizing agent. The composite hydrogel has good mechanical properties and biocompatibility and does not have toxic or side effects for the liver and kidney, the three-dimensional porous net structure of the composite hydrogel is favorable for absorbing the redundant seepage of a wound to prevent the wound from being infected, and a good moist environment is provided for a wound surface healing process; meanwhile, the pH value of the hydrogel is faintly acid so as to be more favorable for protection and healing of the wound; and in addition, the composite hydrogel has excellent antibacterial performance and has an extremely good wound surface repairing effect.
