Abstract

The invention provides a method for judging the compatibility of heptafluoroisobutyronitrile and an ethylene propylene diene monomer material, which comprises the following steps: sealing electrical equipment using the ethylene propylene diene monomer material as a sealing material, vacuumizing, and introducing heptafluoroisobutyronitrile gas until the absolute pressure in the electrical equipmentis within a preset range; placing the electrical equipment under a preset environment condition, the preset environment condition being the same as the actual operation condition of the electrical equipment, and collecting product gas in the electrical equipment after a first preset duration; or carrying out a thermal acceleration test on the ethylene propylene diene monomer material and the heptafluoroisobutyronitrile gas in the electrical equipment for a second preset duration, and collecting a product gas in the electrical equipment after the test is finished; detecting the product gas todetermine whether characteristic gas hexafluoropropylene is generated or not. The method is simple to operate, is not interfered by factors such as humidity, temperature, electric field and the like,is accurate in detection data, and definitely provides evaluation indexes of material compatibility.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrical equipment insulation, in particular to a method for judging the compatibility of heptafluoroisobutyronitrile and EPDM materials. Background technique [0002] Sulfur hexafluoride (SF 6 ) is widely used in gas-insulated equipment because of its colorless, odorless, non-toxic, stable chemical properties, high compressive strength, and excellent arc extinguishing performance. However SF 6 The GWP (Global Warming Potential) of CO is about 2 23,500 times that of SF, and the atmospheric lifetime is 3,200 years. As a greenhouse gas, its impact on the environment cannot be underestimated. Therefore, it is urgent to find alternative SF 6 environmentally friendly insulating gas. In 2015, 3M Company of the United States launched the environmentally friendly insulating gas heptafluoroisobutyronitrile (C 4 f 7 N) gas, its chemical properties are stable, and its insulation performance reaches SF 6 2.7...
