Abstract

A tested electric drive system is installed on a test bench, and a plurality of three-phase vibration sensors are installed on the tested electric drive system; the tested electric drive system performs speed-up and speed-down operation, and in the operation process of the motor, a vibration curve of the vibration acceleration of each working condition point relative to the rotating speed of the motor is collected in thewhole process; the vibration curves acquired by all the three-phase vibration sensors are summarized, and the vibration curves of each three-phase vibration sensor mounting point and each vibration direction on the tested electric drive system are analyzed; sinusoidal vibration spectrum data in each vibration direction are obtained through FFT algorithm analysis.
