The prefabricated concrete ring beam based on PBL connection has the beneficial effects that PBL shear transfer plates are pre-buried in the ring beams, so that the stress performance is good; the ring beams are factory-like prefabricated parts and can be directly installed on a construction site, so that the construction efficiency is improved; dry-type connecting joints are adopted, so that on-site wet operation is completely abandoned, installation is easy and fast, the advantages of saving resources, protecting the environment and reducing pollution of a prefabricated building technology are played to the maximum extent; and concrete materials are adopted, so that the durability is good, the installation is convenient, turnover can be achieved, and the ring beam is suitable for projects which are long in construction period and high in requirement for durability of temporary engineering houses.
