The device comprises a distillation still, a receiving tank, a cooling packaging tank, a heating circulation system, a circulating water system and a negative-pressure vacuum device, wherein a material inlet, a gas-phase material outlet and a slag outlet are formed in the upper part of the distillation still; the cooling packaging tank communicates with the slag outlet of the distillation still; the receiving tank communicates with the gas-phase material outlet of the distillation still; the heating circulation system is characterized in that heated heat conduction oil circulates in a distillation still jacket through a pipeline; the circulating water system communicates with the cooling packaging tank and a graphite condenser in a circulating manner; and the negative-pressure vacuum device communicates with a receiving tank through a vacuum pipeline.
