Abstract

The device is used for measuring moisture of a sintered ore in a sintering process, and comprises a material collecting system, a pressure system, a material receiving plate, an image detection system, a model training system and a control system; the material collecting system is arranged at a feeding hole of the pressure system and is used for collecting a material as a sample; the pressure system extrudes the sample; the material receiving plate is arranged below a discharge hole of the pressure system and is used for receiving the sample; the image detection system is arranged at the material receiving plate and is used for acquiring an image of the sample and analyzing image characteristics; the model training system is used for receiving data from the image detection system, training a convolutional neural network model and outputting the moisture content of the sample through the trained convolutional neural network model; and the control system is used for controlling operation of the material collecting system and the pressure system. The invention also provides a moisture content detection method. The device and method can rapidly detect the moisture content of the sintered ore, and are simple in structure and high in precision.
