Abstract

The invention relates to an iterative channel estimation and impulse noise suppression method in an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system, and belongs to the field of power line communication. The method is mainly divided into three parts: 1, detecting and inhibiting strong pulse interference under an expected false alarm probability through a self-adaptive threshold value obtained mathematically; secondly, carrying out channel estimation at a receiving end according to a known pilot signal inserted by a sending end; and 3, reconstructing residual pulse interference by using the signal after zero-forcing equalization and the deep neural network. And finally, the purposes of detecting and suppressing impulse noise, and iteratively realizing accurate channel estimation and good bit error rate are achieved. According to the method, the residual pulse interference which is not suppressed in channel estimation based on adaptive threshold zero setting is thoroughly eliminated, the performance is kept stable under the occurrence probability of various pulse interferences and various pulse interference intensities, and in most pulse interference environments, the performance equivalent to that of channel estimation without pulse interference can be achieved only through iteration for three times or within three times.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of power line communication, and relates to an iterative channel estimation and impulse noise suppression method in an OFDM-based power line communication system Background technique [0002] Power Line Communication (PLC) refers to a communication method that uses a power line network as a transmission medium for data transmission. Among many existing wired communication systems, the power line communication (PLC) system has been regarded as the solution to the "last mile" of the information highway in recent years due to its competitive data rate, near-universal coverage, and easy access. A solution to the "kilometer" problem has become a research hotspot in the field of communication technology. However, the power line network was not originally designed for data transmission. To use it for communication, many problems must be solved, including time-varying impedance, narrow-band interference, impulse noise (IN) a...
