Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-mode biological particle concentrator which comprises a liquid path control chip on which a plurality of stop valves, fluid passages correspondingly communicated with the stop valves and fluid interfaces correspondingly communicated with the fluid passages are integrated, wherein each stop valve comprises a liquid path flow channel and a gas path flow channel; a cell sample liquid inlet, wherein a cell concentrated liquid outlet and a plurality of waste liquid outlets which are correspondingly connected with the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet of the stop valve are formed in the concentration chip; a liquid storage tank module, which is provided with a sample liquid tank, a waste liquid tank and a collection liquid tank which are respectively connected with the concentration chip through a pipeline via the liquid path control chip to form a liquid path circulation system; and a gas circuit control module which comprises a gas source, a plurality of electromagnetic valves and a connecting pipeline, and is used for controlling the on-off of each stop valve and providing stable gas pressure for each liquid tank of the liquid storage tank module; herein, the liquid path circulation system has the functions of a primary concentration mode, a waste liquid recovery mode and a re-concentration mode, so that rapid, automatic and high-magnification concentration of various cell samples is realized.
