The invention discloses a desulfurization system operation optimization method and an information physical fusion system, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a desulfurization efficiency prediction model based on integrated learning of a plurality of neural networks, and accurately obtaining a quantitative relation between desulfurization efficiency and operation parameters; then, taking the marginal profit of the desulfurization system as an optimization target function, taking the adjustable parameters as optimization independent variables, and obtaining the optimal value of the adjustable parameters and the optimal value of a prediction result through a genetic function nonlinear extreme value optimization method; finally, correspondingly adjusting each device of the desulfurization system through the obtained optimal value. Real-time dynamic operation optimization of the desulfurization system is achieved under the condition that the multi-parameter coupling property and the time-varying property of the desulfurization system are considered. The system forms closed-loop control and execution operation through the control decision layer, the big data platform layer and the physical layer, and solves the problem that real-time dynamic operation optimization and accurate closed-loop control execution are difficult to perform through systematization under the condition of considering multi-parameter coupling and time-varying characteristics of the desulfurization system.
