Problems solved by technology

[0012] In view of the related technologies mentioned above, the inventor believes that: when washing polyester cloth at present, sodium hypochlorite is generally used to wash the polyester cloth, and the pattern after printing increases with the number of washings, and the printed pattern is prone to fade. The quality of the cloth has a certain influence

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of cloth printing, in particular to a printing process of polyester fabric. The printing process of the polyester fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of S1, pretreatment: performing pretreatment on the polyester fabric; S2, printing: printing the polyester fabric treated in the step S1, wherein a printing agent used in the step S2 comprises a dye and a printing paste, and the printing paste is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of 80-90 parts of sodium alginate; 8-10 parts of a dispersant; 5-7 parts of urea; 1-2 parts of tannic acid; and 8 to 10 parts of stearamide; and S3, after-finishing: carrying out after-finishing on the polyester fabric printed in the step S2. The printing process disclosed by the invention has the effect of enhancing the chlorine resistance of the pattern on the polyester fabric.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the field of cloth printing, more specifically, it relates to a printing process of polyester cloth. Background technique [0002] Printing on polyester cloth is the process of using dyes to form patterns on polyester cloth. [0003] The polyester printing process in the related art comprises the following steps: [0004] S1: pre-treatment, the fabric is washed and bleached; [0005] S2: Pre-setting, pre-setting the pre-treated cloth; [0006] S3: net making; [0007] S4: printing, printing the polyester cloth; [0008] S5: steaming, steaming the printed polyester cloth; [0009] S6: washing, washing the steamed polyester cloth; [0010] S7: dehydration, dehydration of the washed polyester cloth; [0011] S8: Open width stereotypes. [0012] In view of the related technologies mentioned above, the inventor believes that: when washing polyester cloth at present, sodium hypochlorite is generally used to wash the polyest...
