Abstract

The invention discloses application of an expression inhibitor of a pig RLIM gene in preparation of a product with an effect of improving the developmental performance of a porcine cloned reconstructed embryo and application of the expression inhibitor in preparation of a product with an effect of improving the porcine cloning efficiency. The expression inhibitor of the pig RLIM gene can effectively improve the blastocyst rate of the porcine cloned reconstructed embryo and the embryo quality in the blastocyst period, that is, the development performance of the porcine cloned reconstructed embryo can be effectively improved, so that the cloning efficiency of porcine somatic cell cloning can be improved. The expression inhibitor of the pig RLIM gene can be selected from siRNAs capable of inhibiting the expression of the pig RLIM gene.
