The expression inhibitor of the pig RLIM gene can effectively improve the blastocyst rate of the porcine cloned reconstructed embryo and the embryo quality in the blastocyst period, that is, the development performance of the porcine cloned reconstructed embryo can be effectively improved, so that the cloning efficiency of porcine somatic cell cloning can be improved. The expression inhibitor of the pig RLIM gene can be selected from siRNAs capable of inhibiting the expression of the pig RLIM gene.
