Abstract

The application provides a device and method for starting a fan mill pulverizing system. The device comprises a data collector, a trigger and a control cabinet, wherein the data collector is used for collecting operation data of the fan mill pulverizing system; the trigger is connected with the control cabinet, and is used for generating a starting signal in response to a triggering signal and sending the starting signal to the control cabinet; and the control cabinet is connected with the fan mill pulverizing system and the data collector, and is used for acquiring the operation data from the data collector in response to the starting signal, conducting starting logic configurations according to the starting signal and the operation data and executing corresponding starting circuits based on the starting logic configurations, wherein different starting logic configurations correspond to different starting circuits, and the starting circuits are used for sending a starting instruction to the fan mill pulverizing system. According to the scheme, starting automation of the fan mill pulverizing system can be implemented, so that the labor cost is reduced, misoperation is reduced, and the starting efficiency is improved.
