The invention relates to a method for preparing a phosphorus removal functional filler by using biomass power plant ash residues, which comprises the following steps of: pouring biomass power plant ash residues into a leaching tank, uniformly scattering FeSO4 powder on the surface of the biomass power plant ash residues, continuously, uniformly and quickly leaching the biomass power plant ash residues by using water, and then airing the leached biomass power plant ash residues for later use; pouring the pretreated biomass power plant ash residues into a stirring barrel, adding limestone, cement, activated aluminum oxide and an adhesive into the stirring barrel, and uniformly stirring and mixing; baking the mixed raw materials to obtain a new mixture; hydrating and mixing the new mixture to obtain a blank body; and curing, crushing, screening, acidifying and secondarily baking the blank body, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the phosphorus removal filler. The method has the advantages that through cooperation of multiple procedures, the biomass power plant ash residues are recycled, the filler with a phosphorus removal function is prepared, and the resource utilization rate is increased.
