Abstract

The invention provides a patterned hydrogel particle preparation method and a micro-fluidic device. The device comprises: a micro-fluidic chip glue supply system comprising a micro-fluidic chip, wherein the micro-fluidic chip inputs a dispersed phase solution to form a laminar flow structure; and a capillary injection system used for inputting the dispersed phase solution with the laminar flow structure and introducing gas to cut the dispersed phase solution so as to form the hydrogel particles with the multi-compartment structure. According to the invention, pneumatic drive is used as a power source to complete cutting preparation of dispersed phase liquid drops, and the method is green, safe, flexible and changeable and can be used for manufacturing hydrogel particles of various structures.
