Abstract

The invention provides a reference generation circuit for suppressing overshoot. The circuit comprises a positive temperature coefficient current generation module which comprises two stages of operational amplifiers and is used for generating a current with a positive temperature coefficient according to a triode proportion and a resistance value when a starting voltage is inputted to an input node between the two stages of operational amplifiers to break a circuit degeneracy point, a reference voltage generation module which is connected to the positive temperature coefficient current generation module and is used for generating a voltage with a negative temperature coefficient, converting the current into a voltage with a positive temperature coefficient and superposing the voltage with the positive temperature coefficient and the voltage with the negative temperature coefficient so as to generate a reference voltage irrelevant to the temperature, and an overshoot suppression and loop compensation module which is connected to the input node and is used for suppressing the node voltage to avoid overshoot when the node voltage of the input node transiently changes so that overshoot of the reference voltage is avoided.
