Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for evaluating an aortic dissection far-end crevasse plugging treatment scheme. The method comprises the steps: (1) collecting medical image data of a patient who is not subjected to a TEVAR operation, extracting a specific three-dimensional model of the patient, building a preoperative model of the patient, a plugging main tear (virtual TEVAR operation) model, and a plugging far-end crevasse (virtual far-end crevasse occlusion surgery) model for hemodynamic calculations; (2) calculating hemodynamic indexes of the patient before and after a virtual TEVAR operation and before and after a virtual far-end crevasse occlusion operation, so as to quantify the influence of the TEVAR operation and the far-end crevasse occlusion operation on hemodynamics between true and false aorta cavities; and (3) according to the hemodynamic indexes, further evaluating the surgical scheme for placing a far-end crevasse plugging device.
