Provided are a uniformity output device, a uniformity output method, and a program with which it is possible to accurately determine the uniformity of the particle diameter of particles contained in a liquid mixture in a short time. A uniformity output device (1) for outputting uniformity of particles in a slurry (Xc) in which an insoluble solid substance (Xb) is mixed in a liquid (Xa) is provided with: a pair of electrodes (2) for applying an AC voltage to the slurry (Xc); a measurement unit (31) that measures the impedance of the slurry (Xc) on the basis of a response current flowing through the slurry (Xc) when an AC voltage having a variable frequency is applied to the slurry (Xc); and a processing unit (35) that determines uniformity by performing particle equivalent circuit analysis including a parallel circuit (RC1) of the resistor (R1) and the capacitor (C1) as an element on the basis of the impedance measured by the measurement unit (31) in accordance with the frequency.
