The method comprises the steps of: providing a first substrate comprising a first metal layer, a first insulating layer, a second metal layer and a second insulating layer which are stacked; forming openings in positions, corresponding to the first metal layer, of the second metal layer and the second insulating layer, so as to expose part of the first insulating layer; and meanwhile, preparing a third metal layer on the first substrate, wherein the third metal layer is disconnected at the openings, and meanwhile the parts, located above the openings, of the third metal layer are further connected with the second metal layer. The disconnected second metal layer is connected through the third metal layer, so that the problem of disconnection of the second metal layer at the openings is avoided while conduction of the second metal layer is realized.
