Abstract

The invention discloses a printing process of washable anti-decoloration fabric. The printing process comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials, and directly feeding a gray fabric part of knitted fabric into a printing process; after partial dyeing, entering the printing process once more; carrying out pre-shaping: pre-heating and shaping before printing; carrying out printing: carrying out thermosetting printing on the knitwear by adopting a disperse dye, namely, fixing a pigment on the surface of fiber by virtue of high temperature and pressure so as to realize coloring. The dye begins to melt into thick liquid at the temperature of 130 DEG C, the thick liquid permeates downwards into gaps of the printing stock (fabric fibers), then the dye in the thick liquid state is solidified into solid under the condition of separating from high temperature and returning to normal temperature, and the solidified solid chemical compound is firmly integrated with the surface of the printing stock into which the solidified solid chemical compound invades, so that decoloration of the printed fabric is avoided, and the problem that the color of the fabric is often removed in the conventional printing process is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of textile technology, in particular to a printing technology for water-resistant and anti-bleaching fabrics. Background technique [0002] Knitted fabric is a fabric formed by bending yarns into loops with knitting needles and interlocking them. It is divided into warp-knitted fabrics and weft-knitted fabrics. Knitted fabrics have the characteristics of soft texture, moisture absorption, breathability, perspiration and warmth, and most of them have Excellent elasticity and extensibility; the printing process is the process of printing patterns on textiles with dyes or pigments. Printed fabrics are artistic products, and the corresponding printing process is selected according to the designed pattern. [0003] There are various types of existing printing processes, and the process flow is different according to the type of printing. Knitted fabric is a fabric that is washable and has many advantages. The phenomenon o...
