The laser scanner and the plurality of line-scan digital cameras are horizontally and rotatably arranged on the inspection vehicle through a rotating bracket so as to scan and obtain distance data and image data of the tunnel lining surface. And the data processing device generates annular pixel precision data and longitudinal pixel data according to the distance data and the image data of each detection layer so as to generate disease information by traversing pixel points and combining the annular pixel precision and the longitudinal pixel precision, thereby completing the detection of the tunnel lining surface.
