The system comprises: a data acquisition module configured with a website crawler pool constructed based on a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, wherein the website crawler pool is configured to crawl news event data of a news website home page and crawl livelihood event data of a livelihood website home page; a data analysis module which is configured to determine a hot event according to the news event data and the livelihood event data on the basis of a word frequency statistical method or a preset text similarity model, call a website crawler pool, and crawl the public opinion information of the hot events in the livelihood website according to the hot key words of the hot events to obtain the public opinion information of the hot events, and based on a preset sentiment analysis model, according to the public opinion information of the hot events, obtain sentiment tendency values of the internet about the hot events; and a visualization module which is configured to draw an emotional change graph of the Internet about the hot events according to the emotional tendency value.
