Abstract

A harmonic absolute value encoder comprises a housing, a driving shaft, a multi-ring detection part, a single-ring detection part and a harmonic gear part. The harmonic gear part is arranged on the housing, the driving shaft is rotationally arranged on the housing, and the driving shaft is in transmission connection with an input shaft of the harmonic gear part; the single-ring detection part comprises a first rotating part synchronously rotating with the driving shaft and a first PCB used for detecting the rotating angle of the first rotating part; the multi-ring detection part comprises a second rotating part synchronously rotating with the output shaft of the harmonic gear part and a second PCB used for detecting the rotating angle of the second rotating part. The number of turns recorded by the harmonic absolute value encoder provided by the invention is determined by the transmission ratio of the harmonic gear part, and the transmission ratio of the harmonic gear part is large, thereby facilitating simplification of transmission stages. Compared with a traditional multi-gear photoelectric encoder, the harmonic absolute value encoder is higher in precision, smaller in size and higher in installation and use environment adaptability.
