Problems solved by technology

[0002] In the existing technology, wind power itself does not have frequency regulation capability, and large-scale replacement of traditional units will inevitably reduce the original frequency regulation reserve, resulting in insufficient frequency regulation capability of the system; in addition, wind power and grid frequency are decoupled, and large-scale integration will greatly reduce The inertial response capability of the system leads to faster frequency deterioration after being disturbed. Energy storage has significant advantages such as fast response, flexible control, and two-way adjustment. It is regarded as one of the effective means to assist wind farm frequency modulation. The frequency change rate at the initial stage of frequency disturbance, increasing the frequency recovery rate, and reducing the steady-state frequency deviation are several aspects. However, in the existing technology, there is a lack of dynamic and steady-state characteristics that can take into account the entire frequency modulation process, and can achieve multiple controls. Smooth switching between modes, and a highly adaptive energy storage control method that can adaptively smooth energy storage output according to the SOC. So far, there has been no literature report on an energy storage-assisted wind power primary frequency modulation control method based on dynamic task coefficients. and practical applications,

[0052] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0053] 1. The present invention proposes an energy storage-assisted wind power primary frequency modulation control method based on dynamic task coefficients, which includes the following steps:

[0054] 1) Divide the entire primary frequency modulation process into an inertial response phase and a primary frequency modulation phase with the maximum frequency deviation as the boundary;

[0055] 2) Depth control of energy storage output considering task coefficient;

[0056] 3) Depth control of energy storage output based on SOC and maximum frequency difference feedback.

Abstract

The invention discloses an energy storage auxiliary wind power primary frequency modulation control method based on a dynamic task coefficient. The control method is characterized in that an energy storage frequency modulation process is divided into an inertia response stage and a primary frequency modulation stage by taking a maximum frequency deviation as a boundary; in the inertia response stage, virtual inertia control and virtual droop control are adopted; in the primary frequency modulation stage, virtual droop control and virtual negative inertia control are adopted, then, dynamic task coefficient models suitable for the inertia response stage and the primary frequency modulation stage are respectively constructed based on a hyperbolic tangent function, according to a frequency deviation change rate and frequency deviation change, a frequency modulation task proportion borne by the virtual inertia control, virtual negative inertia control and virtual droop control in the primary frequency modulation process is dynamically adjusted, a negative inertia control adjustment coefficient is adjusted according to an energy storage charge state and the maximum frequency difference of the system, and frequency recovery is accelerated in a frequency recovery period; and on the basis of the virtual droop control, variable coefficient virtual droop control is provided, so that a droop coefficient adaptively changes along with the SOC. The method has the advantages of being scientific and reasonable, high in applicability, capable of guaranteeing the frequency modulation effect and the state of the SOC of energy storage and the like, and can maintain long-term stable output of the energy storage.
