The invention discloses a utility optimal collaborative cache management method under a CDN-P2P (Content Delivery Network-Peer-to-Peer) hybrid architecture, which comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a super node group, supporting the combination of a P2P technology and a content distribution network, and providing services for other nodes by utilizing the characteristics of high expandability and low deployment cost of a P2P overlay network; secondly, according to a resource supply-demand relationship between ISPs domains, constructing a corresponding mathematical model based on the global utility value, and optimizing the model by using a resource allocation greedy algorithm; and finally, designing a collaborative cache management method based on a utility optimal model, and placing video resources with high popularity close to a user side through collaborative cache among nodes in the super node group and collaborative cache between the super node group and CDNs nodes based on the uploading bandwidth of the sending node, the downloading bandwidth of the receiving node and the disk capacity.
