The invention provides a control system and method for torsional vibration of a hybrid drive vehicle through a single mass flywheel, and relates to the torque control technology of an automobile transmission system. A P2 coaxial driving module is mounted between an engine and a transmission; the system comprises a motor and the single mass flywheel; an adaptive filter output signal is calculated by using an adaptive filter tap weight coefficient vector, the adaptive filter output signal is taken as a motor compensation torque, the motor compensation torque and a motor expected torque are taken as a motor instruction torque; and the output torque of the single mass flywheel and the output torque of the motor serve as the input torque of an input shaft of the transmission together. The motor compensation torque in the transmission input torque is used for eliminating the single mass flywheel output torque alternating component, and then the vibration level of the transmission system is weakened.
