The invention relates to aluminum
alloy composite foil and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum
alloy composite foil is composed of a core material and two
layers of
skin materials located on the upper and lower faces of the core material. The core material comprises the components of, by
mass, no more than 0.4% of Fe, no more than 0.7% of Si, no more than 0.1% of Cu, 1.1%-1.6% of Mn, no more than 0.03% of Mg, 2.0%-2.5% of Zn, 0.05%-0.15% of Cr, 0.02%-0.08% of Ti, other elements and the balance Al, wherein the
single mass percentage of the other elements is less than 0.05%, and the totalmass percentage of the other elements is less than 0.15%. Each
skin material comprises the components of, by
mass, no more than 0.3% of Fe, 7.5%-9.5% of Si, 0.25%-0.45% of Cu, no more than 0.1% of Mn, no more than 0.03% of Mg, no more than 0.1% of Zn, no more than 0.05% of Cr, no more than 0.05% of Ti, other elements and the balance Al, wherein the
single mass percentage of the other elements isless than 0.05%, and the total
mass percentage of the other elements is less than 0.15%. The prepared aluminum
alloy foil has good mechanical performance and
corrosion resistant performance, after
soldering, the grain size of the core material is large, and the
corrosion depth is small.
