Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a hydraulic control valve and a displacement hydraulic pump. The hydraulic control valve comprises a valve body and a valve element. The valve body comprises a first cavity, a first output port and a second output port, wherein the first cavity is formed in the valve body on one side in the axial direction of a valve cavity and communicates with the valve cavity, and the first output port and the second output port are used for outputting control fluid. The valve element can be located at a first position relative to the valve body, the valve element moves to a second position from the first position through first pressure of the first cavity, and the valve element moves to a third position from the second position through second pressure, larger than the first pressure, of the first cavity. Under the condition that the valve element is located at the first position, an input channel is disconnected with the output ports; under the condition that the valve element is located at the second position, the input channel communicates with the first output port and is disconnected with the second output port; and under the condition that the valve element is located at the third position, in the state of keeping the input channel communicating with the first output port, the input channel communicates with the second output port. The hydraulic control valve can realize a low overshoot function.
