Problems solved by technology

First, because the power of the power supply and the current that can flow through the current measurement module are limited, the charging and discharging process of the insulator capacitor cannot be completed instantaneously, resulting in a large error in the measurement results
Second, because the tested sample is an electrolyte and the solution is a non-dielectric, the migration mechanism of ions in the solution under the action of an electric field is different from that of a solid dielectric, and the measured small current is easily affected by external disturbances.

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for measuring ion aggregation on the surface of an electrode under the action of a direct-current electric field. The device comprises a boosting loop and a measuring loop; the boosting loop is formed by sequentially connecting a power supply, a transformer, a rectifying device and a current-limiting resistor in series from left to right; the measuring loop is poured into the glassware through the sample solution, the iron rod electrode is inserted into the sample solution, one end of the iron rod electrode is connected with the high-voltage end of the boosting loop, and the other end of the iron rod electrode is connected with the positive electrode of the oscilloscope; and one end of the iron plate electrode is connected with the low-voltage end in the boost loop and is grounded, and the other end of the iron plate electrode is connected with the oscilloscope. According to the capacitive voltage division principle, the magnitude of voltage distribution of the sample solution is not greatly different from that of an external electric field, and the detection voltage can generate a larger amplification effect relative to the detection current. According to the invention, after the external electric field is removed and short circuit discharge is carried out, the two ends of the rod plate electrode are short-circuited again twice, and the change of residual charges on the surface of the electrode can be observed more clearly according to the change recovery process of the potential.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water-attached corrosion on the surface of metalware, in particular to a measuring device and method for ion accumulation on an electrode surface under the action of a DC electric field. Background technique [0002] Corrosion of insulator metal fittings widely exists in UHVDC transmission lines, which seriously affects the safe operation of transmission lines. Relevant scholars at home and abroad have carried out research work on the corrosion of metal fittings in DC transmission lines, and believe that electrolytic corrosion caused by leakage current is the main cause of corrosion of metal fittings. It has become an important factor for the corrosion of insulator metal fittings. The electrochemical corrosion caused by the adsorption of water droplets on the surface of insulator fittings is an important reason for the corrosion of insulator fittings. However, the principle of DC electric field accelerati...
