The two side plates are symmetrically arranged relative to the coil panel; the transmission assemblies are installed on the outer sides of the side plates; the electromagnetic power generation assemblies are installed on the inner sides of the side plates; the front face and the rear face of the coil panel are each provided with two sets of coil arrays in an embedded mode; the coil arrays and the electromagnetic power generation assemblies are arranged correspondingly; the coil panel and the side plates are installed on a lower installation base through lug bases; an upper cover is installed on the lower installation base; the piezoelectric cantilever beam assemblies are installed at the lug bases of the coil panel; a waterproof sealing rubber strip is installed in a groove of the connecting face of the lower installation base and the upper cover; the transmission assemblies swing left and right under excitation of sea waves and drive the electromagnetic power generation assemblies to rotate; and the electromagnetic power generation assemblies and the coil arrays generate relative motion and then generate power through electromagnetic induction.
