The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 1,3,5-trimethyl-1,3,5-tris(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)cyclotrisiloxane into a dry polymerization reactor, carrying out reduced pressure dehydration, sequentially adding 2,4,6,8-tetramethyl-2,4,6,8-tetravinyl cyclotetrasiloxane, 2,4-di-tert-butyl dicumyl peroxide, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane, dicumyl peroxide and a catalyst to initiate a polymerization reaction to prepare fluorosilicone raw rubber, carrying out first mixing and first thin-passing on the fluorosilicone raw rubber, white carbon black, a structure control agent and a heat-resistant additive, adding a vulcanizing agent, carrying out first vulcanization, second mixing and second thin-passing to obtain a blank, and carrying out second vulcanization on a flat vulcanizing machine to obtain the fluorosilicone rubber sealing material.
