Abstract

The invention discloses a cognitive service caching method and system oriented to resource consumption application, and belongs to the field of supercomputing cloud environments. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a service cache model with the minimum time delay, and minimizing the time delay required by a user to obtain service on the premise of meeting a task request sent by the user, namely solving a minimum task cost problem. The problem is solved under a multi-arm gambling (MAB) framework, and the service caching problem is converted into a combined multi-arm gambling machine problem. An improved combined multi-arm bandit algorithm is used for learning, an adaptive combined change factor UCB (CFUCB) algorithm is provided, and every time a user sends a request, the algorithm can use a cache perception index and a user request to learn and execute an optimal service cache decision.
