The method comprises the steps that under the condition that an account management platform receives equipment information, sent by first manufacturer equipment, of second manufacturer equipment, the equipment information and account information of a target object are sent to an equipment platform of the second manufacturer equipment so as to instruct the equipment platform to establish a first association relationship between the equipment information and the account information; the account information is registered in the account management platform; notification information sent by the equipment platform is recieved, and a second association relationship among the account information, the second manufacturer equipment and the equipment platform is established; and under the condition that a control request which is sent by the first manufacturer equipment and carries target account information is received, the control request is sent to the equipment platform according to the second association relationship and the first association relationship, so that the equipment platform controls the second manufacturer equipment corresponding to the target account information to respond to the control request based on the target account information.
