The modulation calibration circuit includes: a calibration source generating circuit; a gain adjusting circuit; and a DC bias adjusting circuit. The calibration source generation circuit is used for generating an I-path calibration source and a Q-path calibration source, and each of the I-path calibration source and the Q-path calibration source at least comprises two voltages with different amplitudes; the input end of the gain adjustment circuit is electrically connected with the output end of the calibration source generation circuit, and the gain adjustment circuit is used for performing gain adjustment on the I-path calibration source and the Q-path calibration source; and the input end of the direct current bias adjusting circuit is electrically connected with the output end of the gain adjusting circuit, and the direct current bias adjusting circuit is used for conducting direct current bias adjustment on the I-path calibration source and the Q-path calibration source which are subjected to gain adjustment.
