Problems solved by technology

[0005] 1) The stimulation parameters of the traditional open-loop vagus nerve stimulator are not adjusted in time, and the stimulation effect is not ideal. After the internal battery energy of the vagus nerve stimulator is exhausted, the battery needs to be replaced by a second operation
[0006] 2) The closed-loop vagus nerve stimulator using intracranial EEG signal feedback needs to extract the nerve action potential of the brain lesion, and the operation trauma caused by the placement of the acquisition electrodes through craniotomy is large.
[0007] 3) The closed-loop vagus nerve stimulator using ECG signal feedback has a low accuracy rate of epilepsy early warning and a high false detection rate

Embodiment Construction

[0023] Such as figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, in this embodiment, a closed-loop vagus nerve stimulator based on scalp EEG includes a signal acquisition module, a scalp EEG signal processing module, and a vagus nerve stimulator. The signal acquisition module includes several dry electrodes 10, and the dry electrodes 10 are used as acquisition electrodes , used to collect scalp EEG signals, such as image 3 As shown, the dry electrode 10 is arranged on the wearable helmet 20, and the wearable helmet 20 is provided with corresponding openings to allow the dry electrode 10 to pass through. The wearable helmet 20 is used as a supporting structure for assistance, so that the dry electrode 10 can collect scalp EEG signals. The dry electrode 10 is connected with the scalp EEG signal processing module 30 .

[0024] The scalp EEG signal processing module 30 includes a multi-channel preamplifier 301 , a first microprocessor 302 , a first data transmission unit 303 , and a charging un...

Abstract

The invention discloses a closed-loop vagus nerve stimulator based on scalp electroencephalogram. The closed-loop vagus nerve stimulator comprises a signal acquisition module, a scalp electroencephalogram signal processing module and a vagus nerve stimulator. The signal acquisition module is connected with the scalp electroencephalogram signal processing module; the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a scalp electroencephalogram signal; the scalp electroencephalogram signal processing module is used for processing the scalp electroencephalogram signal, judging whether epilepsy occurs or not according to the processed scalp electroencephalogram signal, and transmitting an epilepsy generation signal to the vagus nerve stimulator; and the vagus nerve stimulator is used for generating stimulation pulses after receiving the signal. When the scalp electroencephalogram signal is acquired and epilepsy is judged, the vagus nerve stimulator automatically generates stimulation pulses in time for stimulation, and closed-loop stimulation is formed. Compared with an open-loop vagus nerve stimulator, stimulation parameters are adjusted in time, and the stimulation effect is ideal; and the scalp electroencephalogram signal is acquired, craniotomy is not needed, operation wounds are small, the epilepsy judgment accuracy is high, and the false drop rate is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a vagus nerve stimulator, in particular to a closed-loop vagus nerve stimulator based on scalp electroencephalography. Background technique [0002] Epilepsy is a common brain disease. Most of the epilepsy symptoms can be relieved by drug treatment, while another part of the drug-resistant epilepsy symptoms is called intractable epilepsy. A vagus nerve stimulator is a medical treatment for intractable epilepsy. However, most of the existing vagus nerve stimulators are open-loop systems, which do not have the function of real-time detection of epileptic seizures and cannot achieve closed-loop stimulation. [0003] At present, there are some closed-loop vagus nerve stimulators that can detect and stimulate epileptic seizures in real time in the prior art, including closed-loop vagus nerve stimulators that use intracranial EEG signal feedback and closed-loop vagus nerve stimulators that use ECG signal feedback. [0004] But abov...
