Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a silicon-based microphone device and electronic equipment. The silicon-based microphone device comprises a circuit board which is provided with at least two sound inlet holes; the shielding cover covers one side of the circuit board to form a sound cavity; the at least two differential silicon-based microphone chips are arranged on one side of the circuit board and located in the sound cavity; the back cavities of the differential silicon-based microphone chips are communicated with the sound inlet holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner; and the separator is located in the sound cavity and separates the sound cavity into sub-sound cavities corresponding to at least part of the back cavities of the adjacent differential silicon-based microphone chips. According to the embodiment of the invention, the pickup structure of the at least two differential silicon-based microphone chips is adopted, so that noise reduction can be realized, and the quality of the output audio signal is improved; the isolation piece in the sound cavity can effectively reduce the interference of sound waves on other differential type silicon-based microphone chips, the pickup precision of each differential type microphone chip is effectively improved, and the quality of audio signals output by the silicon-based microphone device is further improved.
