Abstract

The device is composed of a fiber tension meter, a tail fiber clamp module, a resonant cavity fiber grating, a grating packaging piece module, a three-dimensional adjusting frame, ultraviolet curing glue and an ultraviolet curing light source. According to the method, a traditional packaging technology of the fiber grating and a pre-stress tuning grating central wavelength technology are combined, a room-temperature curing type packaging adhesive is selected to eliminate packaging stress introduced by temperature in a traditional thermocuring process, and meanwhile, stress introduced by curing shrinkage of an ultraviolet adhesive is counteracted by accurately applying pre-stress to the grating and accurately controlling the adhesive amount; unstressed packaging of the resonant cavity grating is realized, and the wavelengths of the grating before and after packaging are consistent; and then active temperature control and heat insulation and vibration isolation packaging are carried out on the grating, so that the influence of spontaneous heating and external environment disturbance on the wavelength of the grating during working of the grating is further eliminated.
