Abstract

The invention discloses application of kurarinone in preparation of a medicine for preventing and treating Parkinson's disease, after 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine hydrochloride (MPTP) is adopted for modeling, the athletic ability of a PD mouse is reduced, the levels of dopamine (DA) and metabolites 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA) in the brain are reduced, and the level of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) is reduced. Kurarinone is given to inhibit the activity of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) and improve the content of dopamine (DA) and metabolites of 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA) in the brain, so that MPTP induced PD is improved.
